Twisted Tower launched with 18 Steam achievements (verified via the Steam Web API, August 19, 2026). The full unlock-condition list is still filling in as players progress; here is what is verifiable today.

Which achievement names are visible so far?

Do achievements affect 100% completion?

Yes in the usual Steam sense, but note the game’s structure: multiple route choices per run mean some content (and likely some achievements) requires more than one playthrough or NG+. If you are planning a completionist run, budget for at least two climbs — see game length.
